Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Brand Manager to develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands. The role is responsible for maximizing market share, sales, and profitability through brand strategy, campaign execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Position Overview

The Brand Manager is responsible for managing pharmaceutical brand strategy, positioning, marketing campaigns, and performance monitoring. The role works closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Global Marketing teams to ensure integrated brand execution while driving business growth in the Taiwan market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Marketing

  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Develop and implement promotional materials, campaigns, and marketing programs across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable industry regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Global Marketing teams.
  • Support integrated brand planning and execution across business functions.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and external partners.

Business Performance & Analysis

  • Monitor brand performance, sales data, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize brand performance.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on brand strategies, performance, and forecasts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in brand management or product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Taiwan.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or driving growth for established brands.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan’s pharmaceutical market, healthcare system, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Taipei, Taiwan, supporting the Sales and Marketing organization through cross-functional collaboration and strategic brand management activities.
