Employers and recruiters who post job listings on FortuneVacancies.com ("Employers") are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their postings. FortuneVacancies.com does not guarantee the authenticity of any job listing, and we strongly encourage candidates to exercise due diligence when applying.

Employers agree that all job listings must:

• Accurately describe the role, compensation, and working conditions
• Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Not require any payment from candidates as a condition of applying or being hired
• Not advertise roles that are fictitious, misleading, or designed to collect personal data improperly

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is reported as fraudulent, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Candidates using FortuneVacancies.com to search and apply for jobs agree to the following:

• All information submitted in CVs, profiles, and applications is truthful and accurate
• You will not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or eligibility to work
• You understand that FortuneVacancies.com does not guarantee employment or interview opportunities
• You will not apply for positions you are not genuinely interested in or qualified for
• You grant FortuneVacancies.com permission to share your submitted application materials with relevant Employers

FortuneVacancies.com acts as a facilitator between candidates and Employers and is not a party to any employment agreement that may result from use of the Platform.

All content on FortuneVacancies.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of FortuneVacancies.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission. Employer and candidate content uploaded to the Platform remains the property of the respective user, but you grant FortuneVacancies.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

Your use of FortuneVacancies.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take the security of your personal data seriously and employ appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FortuneVacancies.com and its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform, including Employers
• Any loss of employment opportunity or income resulting from use of the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to FortuneVacancies.com in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
