Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair the latest electric vehicles and software systems.
  • Collaborate with mobile, virtual, and field technical specialists, along with support staff, to ensure vehicles operate effectively.
  • Develop technical expertise through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
  • Support Tesla’s mission by helping keep vehicles on the road.
  • Interact with customers by explaining repairs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
  • Stay informed about new features, tools, and technology updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license in the country where the position is located.
  • Professional experience performing vehicle servicing and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
