This advert was matched to Growth Analyst, a job title AppLovin Corporation has itself sponsored.

The figure above is not this job’s salary. It is what AppLovin Corporation reported to the US Department of Labor for the closest role it has sponsored. A filing history means this employer has sponsored before — it is not a promise that this opening carries sponsorship, and not an offer of pay. Check the advert and ask the employer.

The role, as AppLovin Corporation describes it

About AppLovin AppLovin makes technologies that help businesses of every size connect to their ideal customers. The company provides end-to-end advertising solutions for businesses to reach, monetize and grow their global audiences. For more information about AppLovin, visit: www.applovin.com .

To deliver on this mission, our global team is composed of team members with life experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives that mirror our developers and customers around the world. At AppLovin, we are intentional about the team and culture we are building, seeking candidates who are outstanding in their own right and also demonstrate their support of others.

The Role AppLovin Ads Manager is opening up to e-commerce and DTC brands at scale, and none of it can be done by hand. CRM runs the whole span: reaching brands who haven't heard from us yet, getting the ones who sign up live and spending, helping them spend better once they are, and winning them back when they stop. Your job is to help build and optimize that machine. You'll own your slice of it alongside our CRM lead, and grow your scope as the platform does.

Where You'll Have Impact

  • Activation and onboarding. The core of the job: getting new advertisers through setup and into a live campaign, triggered by where someone is actually dropped rather than how many days have passed.
  • Engagement and performance. The milestone that matters isn't the first campaign, it's the first one that works.
  • Retention and win-back. Advertisers pause for all sorts of reasons. Getting them back is its own discipline.
  • Outbound. Reaching advertisers who haven't heard from us yet, targeted on criteria or intent signals.
  • More than email. SMS, LinkedIn, direct mail and event-driven outreach are all in play.
  • The data and logic layer. Segmentation, triggers and suppression, and the flow between our data platform, Salesforce and HubSpot — understood well enough to fix at source.

This is a build job, not a maintenance one. What you build compounds — in revenue, in efficiency, and in time the team gets back.

What We're Looking For Someone AI-fluent who can do the whole job — a real track record of moving the needle, high impact through their own work, and the curiosity and creativity to find the next thing without being pointed at it.

  • Results you can show. Campaigns you've run, what you changed, and the number it moved.
  • Initiative and curiosity. You'll find problems we didn't know we had, and you'll be first to try the next tool.
  • Creativity. You write it, design it, and ship it yourself.
  • Revenue-focused. You go after the opportunities that move the number, not the ones that are easiest to ship. You care whether advertisers activate and spend, not how many emails went out.
  • You've made mistakes and learned from them. We would rather hear about the campaign that didn't work and what you changed than a run of clean wins.
  • Comfortable building the logic, not just the copy — segmentation, triggers, branching, suppression.
  • Hands-on with AI — Claude or Cursor to write, design and build, and you check the output before it ships.
  • Technical enough to answer your own questions: HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, PostHog.
  • An individual contributor at heart. You go deep on execution without a team beneath you.
  • 2–4 years in lifecycle and CRM marketing.

Nice To Have

  • Outbound or enrichment tooling — Clay, Apollo or similar.
  • Email deliverability — sender reputation, authentication, inbox placement.
  • Superset, Trino or similar big data tooling.
  • B2B SaaS, adtech, or e-commerce and DTC background.
