Position Overview

The Technical Project Manager III leads technology projects and programs by developing project plans, managing risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires technical fluency, analytical reasoning, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to navigate changing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Lead complex technology projects and programs to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans or schedules based on changing business needs.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management & Governance

• Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing strategies to reduce delivery impact.
• Support risk synthesis and project planning using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities.
• Review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before implementation.
• Promote AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting with appropriate human review.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Build productive stakeholder relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
• Influence decision-makers and manage alignment across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management.
• Experience leading complex technology projects and programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support technical program management workflows.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling requirements.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Strong technical fluency with relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with experience building productive relationships.

• Knowledge of vendor onboarding processes with focus on technical risk evaluation.
