Bank of America is seeking a Wealth Management Client Associate to provide exceptional client service and operational support to Financial Advisors within Merrill Wealth Management. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, supporting wealth management operations, delivering financial service solutions, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Position Overview
The Wealth Management Client Associate serves as a primary point of contact for clients while supporting one or more Financial Advisors. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, coordinating operational activities, supporting compliance, strengthening client relationships, and promoting Bank of America and Merrill financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Provide outstanding client service across Merrill Wealth Management accounts.
- Educate clients on available banking products and services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Financial Advisor Support
- Support Financial Advisors with daily client service activities.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete preparation of client materials.
- Follow up on client and Financial Advisor requests.
- Assist with day-to-day team operations and provide coverage during absences or increased business needs.
Operations & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to Bank of America policies and operational procedures.
- Support operational excellence while protecting clients and managing risk.
- Promote appropriate banking solutions aligned with client needs.
- Communicate client relationship updates and opportunities to Financial Advisors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent qualification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Strong client-centric approach focused on delivering excellent service.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, or Series 63 and 65 licenses.
- Knowledge of investment products and wealth management services.
- Experience supporting clients and delivering financial service solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, first-shift position based in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Merrill Wealth Management maintains an in-office culture with role-specific workplace flexibility in accordance with company policies. Standard work hours are approximately 37.5 hours per week.
