This on-site role involves order preparation, forklift operation, pallet building, inventory handling, and maintaining warehouse safety while using VoicePick technology to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Position Overview
The Seasonal Part-Time Warehouse Worker is responsible for preparing customer orders using VoicePick technology, safely operating forklifts, building accurate pallets, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations while following established safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Order Preparation & Warehouse Operations
- Prepare customer orders using the VoicePick system and forklift.
- Build stable, secure, and accurate pallets for delivery.
- Maintain timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Separate sellable and out-of-date products into designated inventory areas.
Material Handling
- Load and unload trucks, including returned stock, shells, and pallets.
- Handle products weighing approximately 50–75 lbs.
- Return inventory items to appropriate warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
- Complete required work reports accurately.
- Promote a strong workplace safety culture.
- Follow directions provided by supervisors and team leaders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing 50–75 lbs.
- Basic writing and mathematics skills to complete required documentation accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Valid MHE/Forklift certification (training provided if required).
