What You'll Do • Design, develop, and optimize full-stack applications (backend and frontend) for high-traffic payment platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. • Build high-performance, secure integrations with global Payment Service Providers (PSPs) using modern protocols and API standards. • Develop responsive, intuitive frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks while building robust backend services that power them. • Create lightweight, well-documented APIs for seamless client, SDK, and cross-team communication. • Ensure high quality of service (QoS) and maintain strong security standards across the entire stack. • Tackle complex end-to-end problems with innovative solutions and foster a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement.
Mission and Goals • Lead the technical design and hands-on full-stack development of high-traffic payment applications — from database to UI. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Own and drive complex technical designs of systems architecture and components built using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot on the backend and React, Vue.js, or Angular on the frontend. • Collaborate across engineering and product teams to build secure, performant systems that meet strict SLAs. • Contribute to the entire application lifecycle — development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. • Champion systems architecture improvements and drive continuous modernization of existing services. • Integrate with global PSPs, ensuring seamless payment flows across regions and providers.
What You Bring Required (10+ Years of Experience) • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot for backend development. • Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework: React, Vue.js, or Angular , with solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Experience designing and building APIs across multiple architectural styles — REST, Webhooks, SOAP, GraphQL . • Proficiency with SQL (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases. • Experience with cloud platforms — Azure, AWS , or both — including deployment, scaling, and managed services. • Strong ability to write unit tests, integration tests, and automated test suites. • Solid Object-Oriented Design skills and understanding of design patterns. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodology. • Experience and desire to w
